Trade Union Pin Badges
Trade Unions have been producing Enamel Pin Badges for 100's of years, dating back as far as the 1870's. Badges were issued to new members to commemorate strikes, conferences or in recognition for an achievement or loyal service.
Each badge is designed to not only show their allegiance to their specific trade union but also to signify their pride and allegiance to the cause.
Recently we were approached by a branch of ASLEF the train driver’s union to produce a bespoke, custom-made enamel pin badge design to recognise and reward their members for their efforts and solidarity during the pay dispute industrial action between 2022-2024.
Their idea for the design was presented to us in a rough sketch and after various consultations and discussions we at TheBadgeMan Ltd were able to bring their idea to life, Our expert design team created all the aspects of the detailed design features, wording and colour scheme. In addition, each badge was numbered to make them even more bespoke and exclusive with numbers laser engraved on the reverse of the badge.
The branch in question were so pleased with the finished product, customer service and price that they recommended us to a number of other branches resulting in TheBadgeMan Ltd producing other similar themed designs to multiple other ASLEF branches and even an advert for our services in the ASLEF members journal was published to allow other members and branches to be made aware of the service we supplied.
