Custom Offset Badges

Custom Offset Badges are produced using either Silkscreen printing or with a full CMYK print.

The design is then printed directly onto a metal base, an Epoxy domed coating is then applied to the surface to protect the design from fading.

Offset print badges can be fully customised just like Enamel pin badges and they can also be cut to the size and shape of your design.

You can also use silkscreen printing alongside enamel in order to allow more intricate details and colours. This is perfect for company logos, crests and intricate designs.

Our Minimum Order Quantity is 50 badges per design although 100 pcs would be more cost effective for this process.
